Narrated by Emmy Award-winning Canadian actor Kiefer Sutherland, Keeping Canada Alive is an intimate six-part factual series and online experience that gives viewers a powerful 24-hour snapshot of Canada’s health care system as filmed on a typical day in 2015. Sixty camera crews filmed at over 40 health care facilities and private residences in 20 Canadian cities across ten provinces and one territory.

In a unique blend of medical mystery and real-life drama, capturing powerful and poignant moments, the cameras rolled as people sought treatment – and medical professionals did everything they could to provide it.
